KOREAN: Don Katsu
Don Katsu ( Pork Katsu ) is traditionally a Japanese food, but it has been adapted into Korean cuisine.

Don Katsu in Korean means Pork Katsu in English. Korean restaurants often serve various Katsu menu items, but are served with more traditional Korean foods. Pork Katsu consists of pork (sirloin or pork chop) that is flour and egg battered. Then rolled in panko bread crumbs and fried. Panko bread crumbs gives fish katsu a delicious crunchy shell. The pork is pan fried to golden brown and is normally served with katsu sauce or bbq sauce.
